This new programme lets you try out the Galaxy Z Flip 5G and Galaxy Z Fold2 5G for seven days so you can make a better buying decision. From now till 6 June 2021, simply book a trial to secure an appointment date at your selected Samsung Experience Store to pick up your device. At the end of seven days, simply return it to your selected Experience Store, no charges incurred.
If you find seven days till a little short to explore all features on the phone on your own, you can reach out to the 24/7 live support on the Samsung Members app, and they will help you out. When you return the device after the trial ends and if you choose to buy a Galaxy Z phone, Samsung will offer a $100 voucher that can be used to purchase eligible accessories, tablets or wearables at any Samsung Experience Store.
Also, those who purchase a Galaxy Z Fold2 5G will receive a complimentary Galaxy Watch3 BT 45mm worth $598 while stocks last. UOB or OCBC credit card holders can also enjoy up to 36 months 0% instalment payment plan if they purchase a Galaxy Z series phone through the Samsung Online Store. The 0% instalment payment plan is also available at Samsung Experience Stores with selected credit cards.

Galaxy Z reZerve: Galaxy Z series owners have the chance to redeem free exclusive monthly experiences through the Samsung Members app. This can range from skincare kits to art jamming session at home, though quantities are limited and are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Galaxy Z Premier Service: Valid for one year from date of purchase, perks include on-demand concierge support to easily make appointments and consult experts, door-to-door pick-up and delivery service for device repair (up to two times), as well as one-time screen replacement or repair (valid for one year from the date of purchase) with a deductible of $200 on the Galaxy Z Fold2 5G and $180 on the Galaxy Z Flip 5G.
