Regardless of where you stand on the whole Meghan and Harry controversy with the Crown, the whole affair brought the conversation around mental health to the forefront.

The Me You Can’t See is a timely reminder given that it’s Mental Health Month right now. The multi-part documentary series is the brainchild of co-creators and executive producers Oprah Winfrey and Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex. The series is centred around stories that help lift the veil on the current state of mental health and emotional well-being.

Led by Oprah and Prince Harry, the show features a diverse range of guests from around the world who share personal challenges with mental health issues and how they address their emotional well-being. Among the guests are some high profile public figures like Lady Gaga, Glenn Close, San Antonio Spurs’ DeMar DeRozan, Phoenix Suns’ Langston Galloway, Mental Health Advocate and Speaker Zak Williams, Olympic Boxer Virginia “Ginny” Fuchs, and Celebrity Chef Rashad Armstead just to name a few.

The show aims to destigmatise a subject that is rarely discussed and remind viewers that they are not alone. The Me You Can’t See is available to Apple TV subscribers.
